GRIT is made up of 4 Strength Sessions & 2 Conditioning Sessions per week. The program is phased in "seasons" strategically programmed throughout the year. Each season of programming will last 3 to 4 weeks to allow for progressive overload. On this advanced program you will become brutally strong! The addition of highly specialized aerobic development programming will keep you performing at your best year-round. Become a FREAK and outperform all of your friends on this program.

THRIVE: Full Body Functional Fitness for the busy athlete. Pain free!
THRIVE is made up of 3 Full-Body Strength Sessions & 3 Aerobic Conditioning Sessions. The program is phased in "seasons" strategically programmed throughout the year. Each block of programming will last 3 to 4 weeks to allow for progressive overload.
Throughout the year you can expect the seasons to move through the following: Functional fitness, hypertrophy, conditioning, and strength.

Back to Fit: Our Flagship Recovery Program
BACK to Fit (B2F): is programmed for those currently experiencing back pain and want to get back into the gym! Movement will be the KEY to your back recovery! Sitting and bed rest WILL make your back worse.

ProSpine Fitness Shoulder and Arms 15-week Program:
This program is 15 weeks long, and is made up of 4x hypertrophy days, 1x Leg Day, and 1x Conditioning Day, 1x Recovery Day on Sundays.
The program has 5x "Phases" strategically programmed throughout the 15 weeks. Each phase of programming will last 2 to 3 weeks to allow for progressive overload. The program starts with laying the foundation and significantly lower volume. After week 4 the program really takes off!
