MEET YOUR COACH

 Hi, I'm Hayden Florence

After eight years in the Army, Ranger School, Combat Diver Course (CDQC), and the Special Forces Q course, my military career ended abruptly due to an extensive back injury. This led me to create ProSpine Fitness – a specialized training company that creates the best fitness programs on the market, tailored to the unique challenges of those plagued with lower back injuries.


Throughout my recovery, I often wondered if I would ever be able to walk without pain again, let alone train at the level I used to. Working out and pushing myself to the limits is something that brings me true joy and it wasn’t something I was willing to sacrifice. So, I made the decision to find a way. 


My back recovery was not a quick fix. It took time, discipline, research, and a whole lot of trial and error. As a husband and dad, I had to figure out how to balance a career, family life, and full-blown back recovery all at once. It was not easy, but throughout this experience I learned how to create programming that was both time-efficient and effective. 


Fast forward two years…I am back to training at the level I desire. I canceled my back surgery. My days are spent playing with my son rather than laying on the couch in pain. I made the decision to find a way. Let us help you find yours.


My focus is to provide comprehensive programming and periodization to ensure this will be the last training program you will ever need. We want to maximize your time, make training exciting, and prevent injury. I am 100 percent confident that any of our programs will produce amazing results!
